Payment Plans
We do offer split payments for patient treatments under $1000.00, with No Interest!
This does require a valid CC on file.
Insurance
We do not directly bill through insurance providers, but we do supply patients
with Superbills/Invoices which can be submitted to your respected carrier. Most
of our patients do get reimbursed by their providers.
We also offer affordable 3 Months, No Interest or Monthly Payment Plans for certain surgical procedures
over $2,000 thru CareCredit. It is easy to apply for financing by clicking
on the CareCredit link at the bottom of the page.
